The course teaches the fundamentals of Florida transaction coordination through practical, structured lessons for beginners and working professionals, with a focus on Florida Realtors® / Florida Bar (FAR/BAR) contracts.

Commission is 20% of what the student actually pays for their first course. On the payment plan, you earn on each payment as it comes in. Each payment is held for 30 days, then paid on the next 1st or 15th once your signed affiliate packet is on file.
Pre-launch students start with Modules 1–3, and new modules open every week. Students register and pay on the official My TC Workshop checkout — affiliates never handle payments, registrations or course delivery.
