How HTC Handles Contract Cancellations
If a Contract-to-Close file cancels during the inspection period, there is no cancellation fee. After the inspection period, an administrative support fee applies for work completed.
We assist in circulating the Florida Release and Cancellation of Contract form to ensure earnest money deposits are returned promptly and cleanly.
We archive the cancelled file and all executed termination records in your broker portal, ensuring your brokerage audit requirements are fully satisfied.
